outgoing- Brooke loves to go out and party,although she can't do it as much anymore, she does occasionally though. She also loves staying in and watching movies, but going out every so often is what she loves. She isn't afraid to go for what she wants. She actually wants to be an actress and is determine to make it. She has the confidence and the drive for it but she knows that people get screwed over and that is what she doesn't like, when it is her or anyone she loves.
sociable-she loves meeting people and being social. Eventually her boyfriend wants a different job but he's working his way up, coming out of college he didn't get the job he wanted. Not many people know it but he wants to be a lawyer. He's waiting for the law firms in the city to get back to him whether he has the job. In that case she will love going to the dinners.
confident-like many girls, she loves the attention, especially from males. When she was younger she would have been confident enough to talk to guys she liked, she would often be the one to approach them like she was with her on/off boyfriend. Even now when she goes out she attracts the guys, and she may tease them a little bit.The only thing she isn't that confident with is him, not that she wants to be with him or around him, the fact they are on and off. It makes her nervous because at the moment they aren't really together but they aren't broken up since they are just sleeping together. She doesn't want to be used and really does want him as her boyfriend permanently. She knows he feels the same way, but it's her brother that is in the way of them being together properly.

overall history: Brooke was the second born into the Hastings family after _______ cooper, and she soon became spoilt and she and the oldest sibling, her brother got on very well. When the third child was born, Brooke was hesitant at first but soon grew to love her sister and now they are extremely close, she is the only one that brooke REALLY trusts in her family.
Her parents were always pushing her to do well in school and even though Brooke did well and tried hard, she wasn't meeting the standard that her parents wanted her to meet. In sophmore year she started to rebel, she really didn't care, even kept it a secret. Of course she and her friends could never go out drinking, but at this stage she was still extremely close to her brother and she somehow persuaded them to get alcohol for them with their own fake ID's since they were just under twenty one.
Brooke had always been close with her brothers best friend, since they had grown up together and their families were also friends. At fifteen it was that school girl crush, but he never took advantage of it. She was the one who initiated it and made the first move. He was shocked of course but he didn't reject her. She was a very pretty girl. She lost her virginity to him when they weren't dating, at a party she tagged along to without him knowing. They just used to secretly hang out with each other while no one else was around, in private of course so they wouldn't be caught, that was what they had to be careful about.
After that, they mutually decided they should cool it for a while, since they had been spending A LOT of time together and they didn't want anyone becoming suspicious. That didn't last long because by the time she was sixteen they were back together. All through till the age of seventeen they managed to keep it a secret. When she fell pregnant it seriously rocked the boat. He was at university and she was in high school. They kept it quiet but knew it would come out eventually. Brooke told her parents that she was pregnant, but didn't tell them who the father was. She was basically kind of disowned and went to stay with (brothers best friend) it was when her brother called round unannounced to see his friend that he saw the two were together. So they cooled it again, and she ended up sleeping on her friends couch, but he promised to be involved with the baby every step of the way, which he was.
When Sophia was born he wanted to be involved fully and suggested her moving back in. But obviously feelings got in the way, and they ended up 'back together' in some way. He doesn't want to lose his best friend. He knows he isn't really okay with it and that is the reason they can't be together. Now Brooke lives in her own apartment, managing to get the apartment opposite him. They see each other all the time and obviously there are feelings still there and they are kind of seeing each other but it's mainly just sex since they both know they can't really hang out in public anymore, which they had to be careful about before but they found ways, this time they are keeping a low profile.[/ul][/ul]

rp sample:I know that and I am glad. Your family is lovely, so much better than mine, although I think things with Liam are much better now which is good she smiled. I just worry, you know? she said I know who you mean and yes, we don’t have to worry about her, I know....but she does kinda scare me in the fact that I don’t really know what she is capable of, I see her trying to break us up and I really don’t want that, you don’t want that either she said with a sigh. She really didn’t want to talk about his estranged sister but the topic came up. I know she won’t succeed though, it’s the fact she could try that bothers me. I have done nothing wrong and she hates me for no reason, it’s stupid...anyway, whatever she shrugged.
She smiled when he talked about his parents, she was glad that one of their families would be there for them, it’s a shame that they couldn’t be and Allie’s family was losing out because they didn’t want to be around, well her mother and father didn’t want to be. Allie still got upset that her mother left when she had needed her most, she had wanted that support, she had NEEDED her support and she had just left, not caring about her daughter and more interested in getting away from her cheating husband. She knew it was a lot to take in, but she really thought that even if she had left, she would have made the effort to keep in contact, but no....in the few years that her mother had not been around she had not received one thing from her and that was upset her most, she didn’t seem to care after they had been so close, it was almost like they had never had the closeness. She saw him wipe the tear away from his eye and put a comforting hand on his shoulder It’s okay to cry Jake....it’s me she smiled slightly.
She nodded Yeah she was already excited about having other children but at the same time she was scared. She’d not had a difficult pregnancy but it hadn’t exactly been easy. With her mood swings and her up and down sex drive, it had been very difficult and hard to judge what mood she was in even herself and she had hated that. She just wanted to feel normal and at least now she did. She had been ill and already lost weight because she wasn’t eating and because of the stress of the birth, it all had caused an effect on her and she was going to have to recover slowly but surely. She smiled and listened to what she had to say then pulled him carefully closer to her to kiss him again. She couldn’t help it but was very careful because they both were holding a baby. You always know exactly what to say she smiled.
When he said they could swap, she gently put Summer into his arms as she took Ryan from him gently. It wasn’t easy but they managed it, doing it slowly. She smiled when he said that it was fine that she had been a bitch then shrugged I know it does but you got all my grief she smiled slightly then nodded I would have been really confused because I would still love you like I did the first time, but at the same time, I wouldn’t want to give you another chance she told him. She smiled when he once again told her that he wasn’t going anywhere and that he loved her and their life together Even now we have the twins, it’s not going to be easy to have sex for a while? she asked him with a smile.
She heard the door and looked over to see Daisy run in, with Chris after her and she smiled at her Hey sweetie, wanna meet your new brother and sister? she asked her. Daisy looked at the babies, the look she had on her face was one that told Allie that she didn’t really know what to think of them and Daisy then looked at Jake and bit her lip. She hoped that Daisy would be okay with them, but she knew it would probably be hard for her at first, having to ajust from having all her attention, to having to share her attention with Jake, but also having his attention, and now she would be sharing with the twins, it would take some getting used to.
